End User-Visible Features
- Significant enhancements to Recent Activity.
- Can now be managed by the End User.
- End Users can now create their own Favourites, with custom names.
- Ability to Delete History and Favourite items.
- Ability to Delete All History and/or All Favourites.
- Minor Improvements to Planner View.
- Introduced the capability for a process driven, permanently visible user context message.
- Introduced the ability to define a field placeholder on compatible fields.
- Introduce increase and decrease buttons on numeric fields.
- Dashboard panels can now be expanded to full size.
- Support for outputting images into spreadsheets.
Process Automation Enhancements
- Reworked the groupings of activity blocks on the process automation screen.
- Activity Block to disable a User Account.
- Introduced the ability to “Queue” process to control the use of server resources.
- Improved the “Copy Attachments” activity block to make it bi-directional.
- New “Attachment to PDF” activity block providing more fine tuned controls over output quality.
- New “Rename Attachment” Activity block – provides the ability to rename Attachments on information items.
- New “Copy Attachments to Directory” Activity Block – provides the ability to move specified Attachments to a directory on the server.
- New “Zip File Or Directory to Attachment” Activity Block – Provides the ability to Zip up the specified directory and attach the resulting file to an item as an attachment.
- New “Delete File or Directory” Activity Block – provides the ability to delete files or directories on the server.
General Admin Enhancements and Changes
- Introduced more mathematical functions including:
- %RAND(exp)% – returns the values in a range.
- %RAND% – returns a random number between 0 and 1.
- %LOG(exp)% – returns the Logarithmic value in base e or base specified.
- %SIGN(exp)% – limits a number to it’s +/- or zero.
- %EXP(exp)% – returns e to the power given.
- %e% – returns the exponential constant.
- Recent Activity can optionally be disabled for a user.
- Scheduled Process can now be reviewed in the new Scheduler Page.
- A New System Summary screen is provided to offer insight into size and complexity of the system.
- Child Items can now be sorted by a field value for display purposes.
- Rich Text fields are now disabled by default, but can be enabled upon customer request.
- Ability to parse meta information from compatible uploaded images and files including attributes such as:
- Location (Lat Long) *
