Named User Licence: A licence is assigned to a specific individual. One licence must be purchased for every person who may need to use the software, whether they use it all day or only occasionally. Concurrent Licence: Also known as a floating licence, this model limits the number of users who can access the software at the same time, regardless of how many total users exist.

Yes, your licence includes unlimited remote support, for faults and problems, between the normal UK business hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm although specific support hours can be negotiated.

Most customers implement business system for the long term, however, we typically offer 1, 3 and 5 year terms although shorter and longer terms can be negotiated.

Scale and save with volume licence discounts, additional savings on annual billing, and reduced professional services rates when purchasing bundled days at two volume break points.

Prices are fixed for the contract term, see above, but will reflect economic / market trends beyond the contract term.

Functional software released within current technology are made available free of charge.
